At the bottom right corner of Image Measurement you can find a table of your existing measurements on the current image. If you click the names, you can change their names. The names will be used in the blue bubbles shown on the image.

In the example image, the measurements have been renamed to Ruler, Height, Width and Area. You can choose to rename them to whatever you like.
