- E-mail support questions are answered within 24 hours on workdays.
- Single user license – purchase for one user.
- The license includes the usage of KLONK Image Measurement for one user. The software is purchased for the use of a single person – e.g. at school, University, at the office or at home.
- Lite subscriptions are for personal hobby use only.
Terms for purchase of KLONK Image Measurement License w. invoice.
- Subscription period is a minimum of 12 months.
- The subscription can be upgraded within the subscription period.
- More Users licenses can be added during the subscription period
- Notice of cancellation is 1 months from current month
- Support is offered to active subscriptions
- Support is for 1 “super-user” (which means 1 contact person per customer)
