In order to zoom in and out of your image, you can either use the mouse wheel, use the shortcuts or click on the zoom buttons in the left-and tool bar.

 Zoom in (Ctrl + +)

 Zoom out (Ctrl + -)

 Fit image to window (Ctrl + 0)
